In an effort to provide full service capabilities, Ameristeel has the ability to provide cut-to-size, press ready blanks using an in-house Iowa Precision Slear II, multi-cut blanking line and a Cincinnati Mechanical Shear.

- Can cut from .018 to .108 thick
- Up to 150 feet per minute
- 6 roll straightening rolls
- 12” to 72” width
- Repeatability of +/- .007”
- Up to 45,000# Coil Capacity
Shear Highlights:
- 10’ Cincinnati Shear
- Up to 3/16” thick
